Doctors’ Day is celebrated on March 30th. This year the WCMSA will again sponsor a Doctors’ Day Sharing Card to benefit the WCMS–William S. Keck, M.D. Medical Student Education Loan Fund.

This card will honor those physicians for whom a donation was made. This is a special opportunity to honor that member or friend who spends many hours helping others; even members of your own family. A list of all contributors will be printed inside the card. The card will be mailed to all honored physicians and to all member physicians of Westmoreland County.

If you wish to participate, please send a tax-deductible donation of $30.00 or more. Checks should be made payable to WCMS Student Loan Fund and mailed to WCMS, 231 South Main Street, Suite 207, Greensburg, Pa 15601.

Acknowledgment of your contribution will be mailed by the Alliance.

Please consider March 10, 2017 AS THE DEADLINE for participation in this project. Thank you for your support.

December 1, 2016 The time has come again to participate in the Holiday Sharing Card that so many of you have contributed to in the past. In 2016, the Alliance is extending to its members and the members of the Medical Society the opportunity to share holiday greetings, through us, to other families of the Westmoreland County Medical Society. A greeting card will be sent to every member of the Westmoreland County Medical Society and Alliance listing the names of all the contributors to this project. All monies will go to THE UNION MISSION in Latrobe, PA. Your donation is entirely tax deductible. Please download this form to return to us!

May 28, 2014 The WCMS Spring Membership Meeting was held at DeNunzio's Italian Chophouse at the Arnold Palmer Regional Airport in Latrobe, PA. Fifty year awards were presented by Dr. Donald C. Brown, PMS 10th District Trustee, to Dong W. Pae, MD and Kathleen F. Catalano, MD. 62 members and guests were in attendance. Speakers included: Bruce Macleod, MD, President of the Pennsylvania Medical Society; Mr. Dennis Olmstead, Chief Strategy Officer and Medical Economist at the PA Medical Society and Michael Fraser, Ph.D., CAE, CEO of the Pennsylvania Medical Society.
